I booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, television, and a mini bar fridge. A walk-in shower in the bathroom was a plus. The location was beautiful and magnificent, next to the restaurant downstairs. The hotel is situated near the mountain and Champex, which was perfect after a particularly arduous hike over Fenetre de Arpette.

The hotel was spotless and charming. the staff were amazingly nice and helpful. Free parking was available. the double room had an amazing view and a private terrace. the food was superb with a great selection of options. the location was stunning right by the lake. the hotel was conveniently located near the Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center.

The staff is very attentive and excellent, that's an advantage. the property offers lots of food that was great! the property's location is beautiful, not far from lakeside, the center of town, and the mountain.

The hotel perfectly met all our needs. We loved our double room with a private verandah; it was so cozy and inviting. the location was fantastic, just a quick walk from Jackpot Golf Club. Everything was wonderful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right on the lake. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and sauna. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service.

The hotel is in a hidden location with a magnificent lake surrounded by mountains. The staff, especially the lady at the reception, was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, right next to the lake, and only a short walk to the tourist information office. It is also convenient for skiing in Verbier, although a bit of a distance away.
Felt like at home, nothing was too much trouble.

I booked a room with a balcony. The location was wonderful, so close to a particularly arduous hike and the restaurant downstairs and champex on the TMB. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Ptarmigan that is only 5 minutes' walk away.
